These Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Chris’ Rocket Supplies Rewards Program (“Program”). By earning, redeeming, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Chris’ Rocket Supplies LLC reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms in its sole discretion.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is available only to retail customers with active website accounts.
• Dealer, wholesale, distributor, and commercial accounts are not eligible.
• The Program applies only to purchases completed directly through the official Chris’ Rocket Supplies website.
• In-store purchases, launch event sales, manual invoices, or orders processed outside the website platform are not eligible unless expressly stated in writing.
• Chris’ Rocket Supplies reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

2. Earning Rewards

• Customers earn one (1) point for each $1.00 USD of eligible spend.
• Each point has a promotional value equal to 3% of $1.00 USD toward future qualifying website purchases.
• Rewards are calculated based solely on the customer’s actual out-of-pocket payment amount after:
  • Discounts
  • Promotional codes
  • Gift card redemptions
  • Store credits
• Shipping charges, hazmat fees, taxes, and other non-product charges are excluded from rewards calculations.
• Gift cards earn rewards at the time of purchase by the purchaser. Rewards are not earned again when a gift card is redeemed.
• Chris’ Rocket Supplies reserves the right to adjust, reverse, or correct point balances due to system errors, miscalculations, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, or technical defects.

3. Account Adjustments and Negative Balances

• If an account reflects a negative rewards balance, this indicates that points were previously overspent or miscalculated due to system error or adjustment.
• A negative rewards balance does not constitute debt or financial obligation.
• Future rewards earned will automatically be applied to offset any negative balance until the account returns to zero.
• Chris’ Rocket Supplies reserves the right to audit accounts and correct discrepancies at any time.

4. Redemption Rules

• Rewards are valid for one (1) year from the order completion date in which they were earned.
• Rewards may only be redeemed on future qualifying website purchases.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged.
• Rewards cannot be applied to:
  • Shipping charges
  • Hazmat fees
  • Taxes
  • Gift card purchases
• Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions at the sole discretion of Chris’ Rocket Supplies.

5. Expiration and Forfeiture

• Unused rewards expire automatically one (1) year after the qualifying order completion date.
• Expired rewards are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
• If an order is canceled, refunded (in full or in part), disputed, or charged back, associated rewards may be reduced or removed.
• If an account is suspended or terminated, all unused rewards are forfeited.

6. Fraud and Abuse

• Chris’ Rocket Supplies reserves the right to revoke rewards, suspend accounts, or terminate participation for:
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Promotion abuse
  • Manipulation of the rewards system
  • Excessive returns tied to rewards accrual
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks
• All determinations are made at the sole discretion of Chris’ Rocket Supplies.

7. Program Modification or Termination

• Chris’ Rocket Supplies may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, unused rewards may be forfeited without compensation.
• The Program is a promotional benefit and does not create any vested right, property interest, or contractual entitlement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Chris’ Rocket Supplies shall not be liable for:
  • Technical failures
  • Calculation errors
  • System outages
  • Lost, expired, or forfeited rewards
  • Unauthorized account access
• Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
